We begin with 60 minutes of intuitive trauma work — gently exploring what you're currently experiencing and identifying the deeper root beneath it. Then we move into 30 minutes of long-distance energy healing to clear emotional blocks, soothe the nervous system, and support deep release.

This in-person session is designed for deeper immersion and transformation. We begin with 90 minutes of trauma-informed conversation and emotional unraveling, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on energy healing, breathwork, and nervous system support.
Held in a calm, sacred space where you can fully let go.


Best for: women ready for deeper release, nervous system repair, and full-body/soul reconnection.
